I don't know if Bush had anything to do with 9/11. I do know that there are suspicious links between him and the bin Laden family. For example, the Bin Ladin family was shipped out of town immediately after 9/11. On the day of 9/11, members of the Bin Laden family was meeting with Bush Sr. about the Carlyle Group. Also, one of Bush's first supporters of his energy business Haarken was a member of the Bin Ladin family. It goes deeper then that, when Bush first came into office he signed the W99i directive which made it against the law for the FBI to physically go after Osama Bin Ladin or his family members.
With the President (i.e. Commander in Chief) was incapacitated reading "My Pet Goat," it Mr. Dick Cheney in charge of Domestic Terrorism Response. A post he was put in from early August. So yes, Bush did have dirty hands in 9/11 from the known evidence, however we do not now how far the rabbit hole goes since not all the evidence has been released. Now I am doing this from memory so this might not all be exact, so please look it up yourself if you have unanswered questions.

If you mean did he cause it...No.
Reasons that I believe he had nothing to do with it include:
* Several investigations by opponents have not yielded any credible evidence to suggest he did - this includes foreign investigations as well as news/academia/etc.
* The most convincing reason is President Clinton. He words and actions afterwards strongly suggest he felt that his opportunity to take out Bin Laden was missed. Why would he take this position if Bush caused 9/11?
* And, for what gain? Was this some plan to end democracy and become a dictator out of fear? Do you not realize that he had only 3 years remaining in power and then gone (if we voted that way) and 7 years at the longest? I mean, offer a reason for causing it that makes sense and then maybe you and I can chat...but I'm at a lack of logic to see what domino effect you thought he could effect from being involved.

I think it's sickening how the people of America have come to be. For example, when Pearl Harbor was bombed word traveled mostly by newspaper and radio. How many people instantly blamed President Roosevelt? Now lets go to 2001, we can personally watch 2 passenger airliners flying straight into the side of each of the twin towers. We can see this with our own two eyes, but it's not good enough for some people. Why? We ARE hated by many countires because of our beliefs and our freedoms. Maybe that's just hard for some people to accept. Not to mention that a group of radical muslims had tried previously to bring down the twin towers with a car bomb that they blew up in the parking area directly below one of the towers. Maybe it has to happen again on a larger scale for the *** hats like Michael Moore and all the others like him to finally believe that we do have enemies.

I believe he knew it was going to happen. I think that the people pulling his puppet strings had more to do with it. All the lovely Bush cronies. There is a thing called PNAC (plan for a new american century or new world order) and everyone that signed this thinga majig is or was in the Bush administration. I think they (govt) thinks that we (america) are superior to the rest of the world (except israel for some reason). So if it was an inside job, and the american people find out what do you think they are going to do?? I wonder this often. And if they didnt do it but knew that it was going to happen, they are just as responsible. IMO

Simply put, No. There is no credible evidence to believe there was any sort of government conspiracy to destroy the WTC and Pentagon on 9/11.
When you listen to the conspiracy kooks, and then to the people who have actually investigated things, you quickly realize two things.
The conspiracy kooks have only questions and sinister allegations, usually focusing on a specific questionable fact. They also base a lot of their theories on early reports, which everyone knows are usually wrong. One only needs to remember the idiotic claims during and right after Katrina.
The investigators have come to their conclusions after checking out all the facts and evidence. They've done studies and sophisticated analysis. Popular Mechanics did a great review of the facts involved

It's quite possible. Certainly the evidence is very incomplete either way, and there are a number of things that indicate it was an inside job. Personally I'm not sure, there just plain isn't a whole lot to go on.

no. if there was any sort of conspiracy i don't think he would've been included. there are a lot of unanswered questions about events in us admin though, aren't there? (btw, i don't doubt that planes were hijacked by al-qaeda operatives)
