Lying about sex with a consenting women is not illegal, lying about it in a court of law is, as is lying about anything. No one is trying to conquer anything you fool, the president requires no declaration of war to invade another country, congress has checks on his power as commander and chief and it is called the power of the purse, if they wanted to use it they would have, so right your congressman you moron, the UN is useless and is controlled by Totalitarian nations and lunatics like the Chinese, Hugo Chavez, and Vladimir Putin. George Bush was in office for nine months before september 11 why didnt Bill Clinton do something about it, and most memo's in the Bureacracy(a huge understatement) do not reach the Presidents desk.
