Um, honestly, that guitar is a piece of junk. You'ld be lucky if you could even tune it. If your son is under 5, it would probably be ok unless he really wants to learn how to play. If it's just to pretend play, it will be just fine. Otherwise, I would look elsewhere.

25" is TINY! That is for around age 5-7.

The best way to find a guitar that fits him is to take him to a guitar store. If it is a suprise, then go to a guitar store and tell them about your son's age, height, and build. They can help you find one that will fit.
