Off what? There's no context to know what device you are talking about.

Also, if you look over to the left and down on your keyboard, there's a key that says SHIFT. Use that at the beginnings of sentences.

It's on his computer monitor. I don't know how to fix it. I would just restart the computer. This was on my mother-in-law's computer.
