basically, i do a bunch of warmups that i learned in high school health class, and then i do this:
1. 5 reps of Military press, 30 sec. rest, repeat.
2. 7 reps of curls, 30 sec. rest, repeat.
3. drink recommended protein "shake" not from GNC.(i heard GNC is bad)
Will i see any results at all? if so, how long til i can see them?

Very little results. You need to incorporate a full body workout. What kind of results are you looking for? Toning? Strength? please update

You may see some growth in your triceps and biceps, but you will need to do more than 2 sets of 5 to make a difference. Also you need good lats for your arms to look nice, so do pulldowns on a machine if you can.

Forget the protein shake, reduce your calories so your muscles will stand out better, and get some tanning cream, that also helps.

depends how your diet is, it should take atleast 3-4 weeks. but you'll "feel" stronger in less than 2.
