Why are they called Ugg Australia, but the boxes indicate that they are made in China? Is there a way to tell if these boots are authentic, I purchased them from Nordstroms, which is supposed be an authorized dealer, thanks!

Nordstrom is an authorized seller of Ugg boots therefore it is not at all possible for them to be selling counterfeit products. Also the reason it says china on the label is because many of the products, accessories and clothing you buy is made in China even though the company may be in another country. But rest assured, your Uggs are authentic ;)

Ugg is an Australian company that manufactures in China
Nike is an American company that manufactures in China
etc. etc.
