I was watching (jerry Springer) and a man was involved with a woman but come to find out she was a man so he said he would only continue the relationship if he cut off his penis so i was wondering? If a man has his penis cut does he then have a hole like a woman ?

In a male-to-female sex reassignment surgery, the penis is basically turned inside-out, to form a vagina. the inside of the penis, head, etc. is removed, but its used internally to make a canal that resembles a vagina.

Of course, it doesn't lubricate itself like a vagina, and the new female would need additional lubrication. Also, she would not have a clitoris, which is the center of female sexual sensation.

No the penis isn't cut off in a sex affirmation surgery, He would have to prove that her brain, real gender was female first. Those people you see on Jerry springer are being paid to act like idiots. I know plenty of transsexuals and none would ever consider going on that show.

It's called a sex change. The dick is mutilated and the skin is formed into a vagina and yes there is a hole and he is penetrable like a woman. People like that have an identity complex. So sad.
