We are in a coastal town and we see otters a lot. One time in the harbor there was a small on cught in a net and it was terrified. Several of the guys who work in the fish plant worked for about It slithered into the water and joined its friends.and hour cutting out of the net and avoiding the razor sharp teeth.

I even get to watch it swim and catch food in the loch just a stone's throw from the house. Nothing more relaxing than watching it floating on its back munching away at something! Really mesmerises! And it actually took up residence under the decking of a near by house.

We see them in the spring and fall. Two in Oct spent a few weeks in our back yard.
