anyone know if there is a phone book or phone number locator on the internet to look up the cell phone number of somebody?

currently, there is no 100% reliable database for looking up cell phone numbers...most people don't want this information out plus with the ever changing nature of subscriptions...the logistics involved are too massive. there have been attempts to have cell phone number databases...and some exist, but the information is massively outdated and all you can accurately do is determind what network owns a number...not which subscriber.

reverse phone number search compiles hundreds of millions of phone book records to help locate the owner's name, location, time zone, email and other public information.

Use a reverse phone lookup to:
Get the identity of an unknown caller.
Identify an area code.
Recall the name of a person whose number you wrote down.
Identify an unfamiliar phone number that shows up on your bill.

not happening. any directory enquiries would not give out the name. i dont think that directory enquiries even have that ability to find name from number. and theyre most likely not registered either.
