I disagree with HAPPYHEAD completely. The best version of Classical Gas is the original by Chet Atkins.

Clapton fudges the tune and leaves out several bars by taking a short-cut to the end.

Also throw in anything by the Gypsy Kings

That's a tough one. Cause there's alot of good current acoustic stuff, but then you got all the classics from Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, The Beatles..But one of my all time favorites is Wish You Were Here.
