ok.. so ive had bronchitis for the past two weeks which means i've been really sick.. i still feel like crap.. i have dance tonight.. i know i should probably go.. but i really dont' feel good. and not only that.. i have two professional guest teachers coming to teach my classes tonight.. and they won't know i'm sick.. so they'll expect me to work my hardest.. which means i'll overdo it and get even sicker. last time i had these teachers i almost felt like i was going to pass out cuz they worked us so hard.. should i go to dance? or take a break and rest? dance is important to me.. but idk if i should go tonight?

Don't do it. Any responsible dance instructor would want there students, to take care of their health. But, I know how some instructors can be. Take a break and relax. Let your body heal itself. If your instructor's do not understand, you should look for a caring instructor. I know it's hard and painful emotionally for a dancer, or any other athlete, but not taking care of your health, does not help any.

I would go and sit and either mark the exercises or sit and at least watch. it shows dedication and most teachers prefer you to do this instead of just not showing up. if you dont show you look like a slacker so go, sit watch take notes and show that although you are sick you are still serious about the class.

Dont go! If you feel very crappy and you cant move very well, then maybe you should just skip out until you feel better. Dance is important to me too but if I feel sick or if there is something wrong, then I dont go either.

Stay home or show up and TELL THE TEACHER YOU ARE SICK. Set the limit on what you will do. Either do the reduced workload or just watch.

Remember, you are in control of your body and what you do with it. Speak up!

Don't go. It isn't worth the risk to your health. Plus you do not want to be giving the virus to anyone else. Take a break and stay home.

Stay home and get better. Maybe you could have someone videotape the class for you so you can see what happened.

honey, if you are feeling really bad, then stay at home. it is as
simple as that. there is no sense going and infecting other people with the crud.

take a nite off, ok?????????????
