and is it illegal to buy them?

I am asking because I seen some websites selling them and i was just thinking, "Isn't that illegal????"

It is legal, or at least not prosecuted, in the countries where the companies are located.

It would not be legal to buy them and have them shipped to the United States.

The US DEA is currently seeking to have one Canadian citizen extradited to the US for selling seeds on the Internet and shipping them to the US. His case is still awaiting resolution in the Canadian courts.

yes it is!! its more of a penalty for selling than possession too. intent to distribute has more of a penalty. it's legal in the Netherlands though. becareful!! get caught here especially shipping through the mail and say "SEE YA!!!" no more xmas for a long time!
