It depends if she is saying u r her only best friend. If she is saying u r her only best friend then a true friend dosen't lie, tell her if she doen't stop lying, u won't be her friend anymore. Is she ditching/saying she is going to hang out with u but instead is hanging out with others? Don't listen 2 the 1st answerer!!!!!!!

From what you wrote it sounds like uhm.... Britney is a very friendly person. I know alot of people who have quite a few best friends. It's completely normal. Just think of all her other friends as multiple sisters. If you feel like you're being ditched get to be friends with some of her best friends and then you can all hang out together and you might get a really good friend out of it too.

Well, the idea of someone exclusively being your best friend forever is pretty unrealistic, she probably likes you but just wants to meet other people. You shoudl do the same, try to meet other people and maintain a friendship with her. I assume you're in school, and kids this age tend to want to be in bigger groups of friends. Maybe you could integrate yourself into a larger group with her.

It's pretty typical behavior for girls your age. That's why I gave up on the concept of having a "best friend" by my senior year of high school... it just causes too much drama. Stay friends with her if you want, but don't bother getting caught up in her Best Friend drama, it's not worth it!

You can have more than one best friend but if she is your best friend and she ditches you all the time. I think you should find another best friend.

Why would you need someone that is not honest with you? Obviously, she is not a friend to anyone. I would just slowly back away from having a friendship with her and see if she notices. Then, make a decision if you want to continue the friendship or not!! Good luck!!

It all sounds like 3rd grade stuff.friends are people who listen, share things with and can talk about ANYTHING,,and still stay among you 2.people claim to be good friends til you say something that gets back to you.(I didn't say nothing, who are you going to believe your best friend or her) your best friend should be special like a soul mate,,,you can tell that person anything.

She is trying to be friends with everyone and consequentially she will push everyone away. It is too hard to not be friends with those girls, so enjoy the time you get to spend with her and just make other friends. Don't worry, it is her loss.

you should bring this up with your freind. And ask her to slow down and remind her what you have been through talk about old things that have happened between you two you should also make some other freinds as well so you have a variety of freinds that you can hang out with when she is off with her other freinds

If she is ditching you, maybe you should get a different best friend.
