click on ur pic in the corner of the screen that displays ur info including ur "name" and ur points
then that'll get u into a screen that shows ur pic with ur "name" and ur questions and answers
right under ur picture there r 2 links one says "edit my info" click it when u get down to the catagory called "picture" u have 3 options no pic, yahoo 360 pic, or use my avatar under there "use my avatar should be a link called "edit my avatar" click it and make ur own avatar (i have quite a few)

go on yahoo chat, and click on your display pic.. it should give U the choice to either use a pic or an avatar.. after clicking avatar, it should direct U to where to create one ;)
