You need to get iTunes and then have it search yoru computer for all media files. It will list then and ask if you would like to convert them to the format used by iPod and then just select yes and it will convert them all.

You cannot put WMA files on a iPod, you need to convert them to MPEG-4. I used the program DVD2POD, you can most likey find it at your local bestbuy or a tech store.

Videora is the program I use to convert them to an MPeg-4. I think you can get it for free at www.videora.com

Try the 3_GP Convertor,It easy to use just Drag & Drop.That what I used for my Videos try finding it on the NET.
