YES.
A lot of people are just not getting this. Being the U.S. we HAVE to set an example, obey the Geneva conventions, and whatever international agreements we have. Otherwise we will alienate the rest of the world which we NEED to fight this war on terrorism, which I think is justified, we are just losing site of the target. (Osama Bin Laden for one).
