I wonder if all the ppl claiming tat this was blown out of proportion would be saying the same thing if:
1) It was a famous black comedian going off on a white audience member.
2) If the heckler were their mother and the guy called her a c*n*
3) If the heckler were their father and got called ...hey; what's the most insulting thing someone can call a white guy or someone's dad? Insert that here with the same amount of angry venom Richards was spewing.
If you can't say you would still feel the same, you're being hypocritical because you aren't putting yourself in the other guy's shoe.

I watched Seinfield... it was great show, but MICHAEL RICHARDS is very different to his character KRAMER... lets make that seperation clear from the start so as not to hurt the show... anyway, it was blown our of preportion, he was being heckled.. not that i condone racist remarks at all, but the media have a habit of making mountains out of molehills

While I don't agree with his philosophy or what he said, I do beleive in freedom of speech, so I don't think he did anything wrong.
