Queretaro is just as big as Mexico City .. I Think you really need to go there .. when you come back you wont think the same way ..
Don't be afraid why don't you learn some Spanish ..???

Queretaro should have a few english speaking people. This city have a Spanish School where English speakers stay at to learn english. I am sure you can find some people. My husband and I are moving there in about 2 years. I know that is far from now, but we will be there and we both speak english.

it prety much depend who are you going to talk to, and if its a turistic place, usually employees from hotels in turistic areas speak inglish, tour guys too, anything that is related to tourism, locals, meee, idk about them though i dont think somaybe people from kinick naks stores where many people by zoobenier. but well i know for a fact that in many schools its mandatory to study inglish as a normal class from elementry through highschool. so they should know a little bit atleast.

yes...there should be I mean my friend went ther eon vavcation and I asked her if she could understand them and she said that most of them could.....
