The Queen is Head of State and takes Her job as Monarch, Head of the Church of England and Queen of all other realms and territories seriously. She swore a sacred Oath to God at Her Coronation to do Her Duty and to serve Her People until She dies.
Does that sound like a person who would get drunk, lose all self control and dignity.
P.S. to Mr Biggest St Helens Fan (you have annoyed a Yicker with your comments): you could not get The Queen arrested (or even charged) if you tried. If you knew anything at all, you would know that The Queen is technically above the Law ( that's because as Head of State, She IS the law.)

Big Fan, that wouldn't work. They'd arrest you and not her. And trust me, if Prince Harry didn't get arrested for weed posession, nothing but bad press would happen to the queen. I doubt she would be overthrown for weed and excess alcohol or forced to abdicate.

I'm sure the Queen has been drunk, probably not in public though.

If the Queen had, I'm fairly sure it would be kept very hush hush. That sort of information would never be given out to mere mortals, such as ourselves.

I don't think so, but its my intention to get her arrestted for possesion of Weed. Let me explain: From the moment you post a letter until it reaches its destination, it falls under possesion of the queen. now, I want to post a block of hash to Buckingham Palace and tip off the police, just to get her arrested!
