I can't think of a suggestion but I just want to comment on how nasty some of these resposes are. Why be so judgemental? Why does it bother you if she names her child after herself and the father? It may not be my personal preference but I'm not going to bash someone else for it (look how many Jr.s there are in the world).
I'm sure you will find a good name for your baby. BTW- is Tina short for Christina? That could open up more possibilities...

If it turns out to be a girl, try "Tina Michelle" or "Michelle Tina" since Michelle is the French feminine form of Michael. If it's a boy... I don't know. That's hard.... I hope the other one helps though.
