I don't believe in Capital Punishment, so NO.

Kidnapping across state lines is a federal crime punishable by death. Even if you are in nice Minnesota, where the state doesn't murder people. That is because of the Lindberg Baby

Child Molestation is punishable by death in Louisiana.

Most Child Abductors are parents in a custody battle, to be honest. You really want to kill them???

Those rare child predators usually get away and murder the child anyway.

As for women who abduct to become mothers, they have a serious, but treatable illness, and should get psyciatric help not the Death Penalty.

America is one of only a Handful of nations that sentance children to death (But we are nice enough to wait till they are 18 to do it). The other countries are Suadi Arabia and Iraq during Saddam for example.

What a great country of free, rational, forgiving people we are!!!

People like the woman in that situation need psychological help, not death. I can understand how someone who cannot have children could be driven to such an act. I have never been tempted to do such a thing, but I cannot have children. It is a very difficult reality to deal with for a woman. We are defined as women through our ability to bear children and when we can't it is devistating.

Capital Punishment serves one function and one function only. A life for a life. To discourage murder. Or the light perception of another's life. Crimes of passion or involuntary manslaughter are another matter. That's for the courts to haggle out.

No. I don't believe in capital punishment at all. An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind.
