My HP 1513s Printer does not print blue??

My HP 1513s Printer does not print blue??

This "photo" printer just stopped printing the blue colour.
I did numerous "clean" commands from the printer services menu, no success.
I took the cartridge out, cleaned the contacts on cartridge & on printer and cleaned nozzels, no success.
Changed cartridgem no success.
Help?

you need to buy a new ink cartidge
