what shoud the humidty percent be in my house?

When it's cold out, we get alot of moisture on the windows if I don't keep wiping it - it turns moldy.

The normal range for inside humidity is 40-60 degrees. You can choose what is best for you, what feels most comfortable. I hope this is helpful.
