You can read a lot in a person's eyes. They are the window to the soul. That is what I find most attractive. After that it would have to be the smile.

For me it would definitely be his/her smile. A smile can light up the whole face and make a person look beautiful!!

Usually a combination of all you see, hear, smell, and perceive. It's ultra unique, doesn't happen often, like a beautifully unusual light pattern after a rain. Not meaning to wax lyrical here but that's the best I could do.
