How do you set Auto Refresh intervals with Internet Explorer 7.0?

IE7 can't do it with its base install -- you have to install of the the IE7 addons. Here's the auto-refresh one:

not possible.
only the author of the website, can implement a refresh.
as a browser, you have to manually refresh.
