Question

I am a libra he's a Scorpio

Okay so I've been talking to this guy for two weeks. Being that we are not together as a couple yet, I tend not to take him as serious but I really do like him.

A few days ago, while I was at his house I made plans with my guy-friend over the phone to head to the movies the next day. He really was upset about that and I noticed a change in his behavior. I didn't go to the movies the next day in hopes he would call me and hang out. He didn't call me up until the A.M. I was sleeping, so I didn't get his messages until later on. In his message he told me that he would call me, so, I didn't call him the entire day... waited for his phone call... he never called.

So this morning he called, very upset. I hung up the phone and that's all she wrote up until an hour ago. He called to apoligize for the way acted this morning. So, I asked him why he's so mad, and he told me it's because I didn't call him. What's going on with this guy?
