if I had two girls both at 37 weeks. would my chances of my boy being born at about 37 weeks also? I am due Jan 27th my hubby works security, and will be at the sundance film festival between the 18th-28th. I am hoping I will have my baby around the tenth so he can be here to help me with my girls. I am sure he will come to watch the delivery no matter what, but extra help would be nice. I know every pregnancy is different. but do my chances look good? or is this just wishfull thinking....

Well, I had my two children both on the 38th week sharp, and my doctor is still calculating the born of my third one on week 40... So I would say that having your baby on the time convenient for you would be like predicting winning the lottery.
Maybe, only if it is really a priority for you having the baby at that convenient time and it doesn't compromise your baby's heath, you could talk to your doctor about having your delivery induced as close to the due date as possible.

I now this girl that took Castor Oil and had her baby early, this method is done during the day and not at night I heard this from a mid-wife, my grandmother gave this to my mom and it work for her and she also suggest it to me with my first.

I would say probably not just because it seems like kids are good at doing things at inconveinent times haha. No seriously.. you might but I have also heard that girls come later? Thats probably not true though ...

ive always heard that girls will come earlier then boys so if ur having a boy it might come later then 37 weeks like ur girls

i would keep close tabs on you body and if you have any funny or stange simpotms and if you want that little boy on the 10th then why not go to the doctore and look at his progress and maybe there is a possiblity to have him on the 10th but that does seen a little early but check with you doctor
