this is a class project. I have a clothing shop and i'm rewarding the employees/classmates with 3 different rewards to choose from and one of them is a Blockbuster discount. What can the discount be? I have 10% employee discount for my shop. And the other one is a $25 giftcard to Outback Steakhouse. So what's a good discount for Blockbuster?

10% is a pretty chinsey discount! 25% is good for an employee.

Not really sure if you want to make all of the rewards equal but if so I would think that rather than getting them a discount you would give a gift card to Blockbuster for $25 also. I am pretty sure they have those types of cards...good luck ( you may even want to give 2 free passes for the movie theaters????)

Tell them to get a rewards card and at the end of the quarter they will be rewarded a certain amount as a discount for there spending. The have to use the discount at your store... Good Luck

outback is 25$ if you did blockbuster @25 $ and your 10% discount = 25$ then all would be fair good luck
