No, no amount of future's anything can affect us or our present. Since when the future arrives, the present is gone and no future left, hence, no future will arrive and only our present will remain there forever. So, when there will be no future, hence there will be no impact on our lives as of now. Frankly, I don't plan for a future as I have long been defeated by such plannings failing and giving me a lot of headache. I STOPPED thinking about future and STARTED taking care of my present and since that day onwards, I am a happy man!!! :-)

Yes, I think so.
While the future might not actually HAPPEN, things can be inferred from current states, or memos can be even given about events coming up in the near future. For example, the projected number of species that are to exist in 2050 is very small, which might lead to current inventors to focus on more environment-friendly bits of technology instead of other kinds.

theres a cool line from singer roseanne cash(johnnys daughter)that goes-"if i remembered u b4 i met u,and knew u were my man"-all i can say is,altho my husband and i are from different geographic locations,it turns out our families tended to take vacations (comparing dates on old photos )at the same exact places times and dates.also, when i moved here 12 years ago,i met him right after i got off the plane.i went to a coffee shop as soon as i arrived.he was the manager and then he introduced himself.he was literally the first man i spoke to when i got off the plane.i saw him at the coffee shop, then he quit.every so often,i'd have an emergency in my life, and then and there, after not seeing him for months and years,i suddenly would run into him.i'd be in tears, his words of wisdom would comfort me.then he'd disappear again.flash forward 10 years,i had a conversation with my mom about finding the right man.i even prayed about it.the next day,i ran into him again, and i just knew fate had been trying to fix us up all along.we're now married.i always wonder and think how weird it was, that in a fairly large, urban setting,i met my future husband within minutes of getting off the plane when i moved.coincedence-or a hint of my future??????

Absolutely and definitely yes. I would go even farther saying that the future even rules our present, at times. An example:
I want to be an engineer. Almost all my "present efforts" are directed towards reaching that "future goal". Then the future is affecting my present behavior.

Yes, that's why I don't believe in karma. Time is completely man made. I believe we have lived/ are living our past, present and future lives at the same time. Can't quite understand how all this works, but when I cross over to where I came from, I'll let you know.

Of course it does. People are often worrying about what will happen tomorrow or the next day. If the future had no effect on us then we wouldn't have any concept of "consequence".
I myself often find my actions are a direct result of considering the possible future outcomes of other hypotheticals. Criminals generally don't have this higher understanding of "what I do today is directly linked to what happens to me tomorrow".

In a sense, I guess it does. For example, if students knew that they had a test to take the next day, it would cause many of them to study the night before that test.

Well, kind of.
Anticipation of something we expect to happen tends to affect us. Dreading something we know will happen (tests, meetings, anal probes) tends to affect our work and sometimes our health. Being excited about good things we expect (vacations, bonuses, spaghetti for dinner) also tend to affect us.
