What is the major advantage a transmission electron microscope has over a compound light microscope?...what is the major disadvantage?

Hi. The visible light photons vibrate. This vibration causes blur in ANY visible light microscope. Electrons vibrate as well but the magnitude of these vibrations can be controlled. The reflection of electrons from an object can therefore give a much better resolution, resulting in a clearer image.
