no you need me to cook for you. I will start with US going food shopping together ( if you want to go with me food shopping )
so we go buy some thinly sliced ham, a few chicken breast ( not sure if I want to de-bone it or have the butcher do it for me?) then a few different kinds of cheese, and maybe some bread crumbs, your taste choice.. some wine, two different kinds of lettuce, a small tomato, some celery, maybe a tiny onion ( do you like onions) maybe some thing else to go into the salad ..
and a veggie of your choice...some nice soft fresh baked bread with some fresh butter.
and lets talk about desert, what do you like...good choice, ice cream with a few cherries and whipped cream,I need two of the whipped cream...
OK lets go home.. and sit back and lets talk while I pour you a glass of wine, and you watch me cook.I start out by taking the bones out of the breast, then wraping them in wax paper and hitting the day lights out of the breast until they are flat and thin.the CHICKEN breasts, are thin. then I layer ham and one kind of cheese and a slice of ham and another kind of cheese until I do this maybe three to five times, then I roll it all up and put tooth picks through it, to hold it together, ( have you decided if you want bread crumbs on them...) OK I will put the crumbs on them. and into the oven they go, and a little bit more wine, then I start making the salad ..and now we have a few minutes to wait until the food is done, I set the table and walk you to the sofa so we can just relax and talk..( sorry, I am a bad boy ) I sneaked a kiss from you.
Dinner time I walk you to your chair and seat you, then I serve you and we enjoy the meal I made just for you.
yes I do the cleaning too.
and after that just a tiny bit of wine, and which do you want Olive Garden or a home cooked meal?
and...........

good luck
smile

I guess it depends on what type of cuisine you are in the mood for. If Olive Garden was your first thought then I would assume Italian is what you are in search of. I prefer the Macaroni Grill over Olive Garden myself. They have this "create your own pasta" which I love. You can pick whatever you want from the sauce down to the meat. The portion is so big you can stuff yourself there and still have a full portion to take home and have the next day.

Try sone old southern soul food. Pinto beans, Tennessee baked ham. Corn bread with chitlins and ceaser salad. That is not what black people call soul food but to me it is good for the soul as any thing food wise.
