should each province be treated like a state with 2 senators, and whatever number of electoral college votes, and canadians in the house of representatives.
what about quebec? should they be given independence or be made a part of the united states? wouldn't it be dangerous to have so many papists and frenchman on american soil? should they be deported back to france?

Why would America conquer Canada? I don't think the American people are for anything like that.

Let them vote. Once they become part of america and the currency has changed to the dollar and local governments are setup.

that would never happen. a business arrangement is more likely. it might be rather amusing to see the U.S., Canada, and Mexico join together to becomes as one country.
