Stay with your mom as long as you can, get a job -- any job, any where--something to keep income coming in to support your son and help your mom with the bills. She may be more willing to let you stay as long as you need to, as long as your are pulling your weight and trying to better your life. Do you have a local technical college? If so, visit an academic advisor. They can talk to you about the different programs offered and one just may interest you. Most programs that are on a career track at technical colleges (dental assistant, medical records transcriptionist, etc...) are on a fixed one to two year track. Most schools offer financial aid of some sort. You can apply for federal aid at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/

Most technical schools also offer courses morning, afternoon and night as most students at these schools are working jobs to support their families as they get this training and education to build a career for their future.

Don't get discouraged. You are showing initiative to do something with your life and that is the first step. If you find the courses are hard, but it's what you really want to do, STICK WITH IT and try harder. The reward, a great new job, will be worth it. If on the other hand, you get into the course work and realize it's not what you want to do, change directions. People change their minds and their majors ALL THE TIME. The important thing is for you to be happy with what you are doing.

Just go talk to an academic advisor or a career counselor, start doing some research on jobs/careers you might be interested in, and get your ducks in a row (meaning all the necessary paperwork such as applications for admission and financial aid).

Good luck! You can do it

Does the landlord have a customer but? If now not and you probably have paid continuously is it feasible that he would possibly mean you can keep until a customer comes with the information that you're going to maintain the position up and so forth. Occupied houses frequently promote bigger than empty abandoned watching ones right here and quite often there too. It might increase his possibilities of promoting to any investor to be equipped to mention there's a well regular paying tenant, first rate men and women, vs the investor having to scratch up his possess tenants and who is aware of how they might be. Obviously this may increasingly no paintings if there's a customer in hand. Only different idea is to appear for a position in which you or your husband can alternate a few paintings for one of the most hire. That would be preservation, renovation on different estate they have got, gardening, youngster care, trade similar paintings anything. If you have got to move right into a one million bed room recall giving the youngsters the bed room and also you and husband creating a mattress sitter of the dwelling room possibly despite privateness curtains or reveal that may be drawn throughout at night time.

How are you on the computer if you're homeless?

1) Go to a halfway house or a women's shelter. Get a studio apartment. Get onto your state's sponsored insurence.

2) Get a job. Start by getting a job. Find a low-income daycare provider.

3) You want to go to school...great. Get started with money before you dive into college debt. Get an apartment. START with a solid foundation.

4) It's great you have dreams, but be realistic. If you can't even afford a home right now, college is pretty far in the future. Don't get ahead of yourself. Stay away from the credit cards.

Dear Friend,

I recently joined AGLOCO because of a friend recommended it to me. I am now promoting it to you because I like the idea and I want you to share in what I think will be an exciting new Internet concept.

AGLOCO’s story is simple:

Do you realize how valuable you are? Advertisers, search providers and online retailers are paying billions to reach you while you surf. How much of that money are you making? NONE!

AGLOCO thinks you deserve a piece of the action.

AGLOCO collects money from those companies on behalf of its members. (For example, Google currently pays AOL 10 cents for every Google search by an AOL user. And Google still has enough profit to pay $1.6 billion dollars for YouTube, an 18-month old site full of content that YouTube’s users did not get paid for!

AGLOCO will work to get its Members their share of this and more.

AGLOCO is building a new form of online community that they call an Economic Network. They are not only paying Members their fair share, but they’re building a community that will generate the kind of fortune that YouTube. But instead of that wealth making only a few people rich, the entire community will get its share.

What's the catch? No catch - no spyware, no pop-ups and no spam - membership and software are free and AGLOCO is 100% member owned. Privacy is a core value and AGLOCO never sells or rents member information.

So do both both of us a favor: Sign up for AGLOCO right now! If you use this link to sign up, I automatically get credit for referring you and helping to build AGLOCO.

Go to FIA and get some help with your housing problem and while there ask about job training programs and GO FOR IT!!! Dont forget college is an option, with a child you get better financial aid and some have housing for single parents.

And for guy above me: He is too homeless. Even all agencies consider living with a relative to be homeless because you dont have a home of your own.

And for those who say he cant be homeless and use the computer: yes he can, at his moms, at the library, at a friends house. Being homeless doenst make you unable to use a computer for crying out loud.

Your question is confusing. If youre living with your mom, you arent homeless. I dont think your mom will kick you out on the street with a son. What are you good at? What do you like to do? If your not satisfied with your job, then look for something better. I have a rule that i taught my kids early....Never quit a job unless you have a job to go to. Everytime they quit a job, they had a better one to go to first. Find something to do that you like to do, but make sure you have time for your child. Look into a community college in your area, or a class online. I wish you enough.

maybe you can apply for temporary assistance from the government to help you get back on your feet. you may qualify for section 8 housing vouchers. also, since you have a son you will probably get financial aid from schools if you decide to go. set up and appointment with a college advisor to see if maybe they can steer you in the right direction. in the meantime, save up all of your money for a down payment for a place or look in the paper for someone that has a room to rent that would be willing to let the two of you stay in the same room. then you can save up for a few months till you can get an apartment. if at all possible try to go after the father for child support. i hope this helps!

Stop surfing the net. If you can afford to use the internet, then you're not homeless. If you have time for Yahoo Answers, then you have time to go hand in applications for a better job.
