ITS NOT ME!! i swear im not buliic..my friend is and im just worried..but i promised i wouldnt tell....she said her throat hurts way bad?? will throwing up too much like put hole in your asphogus,and if it does what happens if there are holes in it??

without help it can hospitalize you. Firstly over a long enough period the lack of proper food causes malnutrition. But constant vomiting can tear the throat, which could give her an infection or tonsalitus as well as being rather painful. Also the stomach lining, she could get a stomach ulcer. I don't know how serious she is but that is conceivable over a long enough period.

Bulimia is very serious, but I don't think it can lead to death. The serious side effects are
Electrolyte imbalance caused by dehydration (can lead to irregular heartbeats, heart problems, and even to death)
Inflammation of the esophagus from frequent vomiting
Tooth and gum problems
Chronic irregular bowel movements and constipation from laxative abuse.
