Try a simple black or white long-sleeved t-shirt, fitted but not tight, crew-neck with nice earrings or v-neck with a nice necklace (and make sure the t-shirt is good quality, perhaps a cotton-lycra blend). It sounds like a pretty skirt, so let it take all the attention. Please don't do a bubble top ---it would really be overkill. Best wishes.

I think you need to find a simple tight fitted white top and wear cute white heels. Find cute silver accessories that stand out to go with the outfit. I can't picture what a bubble-style skirt looks like so you can look through the websites below and find many cute white tops.

i think that a white shirt with a dark grey vest ( you know those small ones) will look great on you. The vest will tighten arount your waist at the right place and make you look like you have an hour-glass figure. Try looking on victoriasecret.com
