I couldn't agree with you more. QB's wear the same gear the rest of them dol. Next thing you know they'll try to ban fighting in hockey. Oops

yep its ridiculous. you can tell players always pull up early now to avoid the flag. aslo ive noticed players are wussies these day.
you ever notice how now players will just run out of bounds near sidelines instead of trying to lower the shoulder and go for more yards.they always duck out of bounds like its automatic now. earl campbell is laughing at them somewhere.

cuz even if they don't mean to and they still hit them they get a penalty and i just HATE the rule!!!!!!!!!!!
during the husker game there could have been less and more penalties called!!!!!!

Yes. I think its not just the penalty itself it is the officials who call them and when they call them.

WITHOUT A DOUBT...I HOPE THEY CHANGE IT LIKE THE FACEMASKING PENALITY BECAUSE ITS TOO COSTLY TO THE DEFENSE AND SOMETIMES THEY DONT DO IT INTENTIONALLY.
