i changed my hair he noticed a little but that was it and he always looking at me what can i do to really turn his head concerning clothing and gair

Well i would say as a guy i like it when a girl has as little makeup on as possible. Have enough to bring out your eyes so that they are inviting not threatening. dress respect full not like a sl*t. it turns a guy on when he has to think about what you have under neath. Don't forget he is a guy not a mind reader so talk to him if you are intrested.

what is the deal with guys that will look at you and watch you, but will never say or do anything about it! do you smile or flirt with him? i would say maybe that would help but i'm having the same issue!!!

dress up all sexy . don't overdue it , but you know what i mean. talk to his friends alot -- and talk to him too ; you might be scared but do it . and FLIRT with his friends AND him . he'll really start talking to you . and then all of a sudden when he's really into you ignore him for the whole day -- he's going to want to talk to you EVEN MORE and he'll definently know what he's missing!
