how many different answer combinations are there if you have a 10 question true or false test and you have to answer all the questions?

Since there are 2 answers for each of the problems (true and false), the number of potential answer sets is:
2 * 2 * 2 * 2 * 2 * 2 * 2 * 2 * 2 * 2 = 2 ^ 10 = 1024

Based on what you wrote, I think the previous answer is correct. You shouldn't use the word "combination" though...it is misleading as it has a precise meaning in combinatorics, not applicable to your problem.
