I mean, if the tree is going to suffer or something bad could happen to it. I just put it some christmas lights and it is a new
alberta spruce.
Hope somebody can help.

i guess it would be ok as long as the tree is not dried out.

Nothing will happen to the tree, just don't over do the whole lights thing to it - because it will weigh the tree down and then the tree will end up breaking a bough or completely falling over or breaking from the stump completely.
Have a merry christmas and have fun putting up those lights ;)

it is safe. but don't put too many lights on it if it is a new tree,
too many will pull down on the tree limbs.
Those are beautiful trees
Some Christmas trees are Alberta spruce,

YES IT IS OK ... dont put to many lights on it it young tree, make sure it is not dried out pine needles burn easy, be carfull dont break any limbs

I don't think it would hurt your tree, just be careful not to break any branches while your decorating
