You should go. The job might actually turn out to be what you want but you would never have known exactly what it was if you didn't go. Even if it's just for the sake of the interview experience...

If you're having second thoughts this early on, that isn't a good sign. The most professional thing to do is either go to the interview, and see if your thoughts would be confirmed about not wanting to work for them, or go with the gut right off the bat, and call in the morning and let them know. Personally, I would just call them because if I had second thoughts about a job (and I have before) before I even went into an interview, and that is even slightly forecasting how it would be to work with them, I would go looking again. Remember that you are valuable, and also have the right to choose for yourself what you want out of a job. It's not the only job in the world, so find something you'd like.

Well depends, do you have a job. If no I would go and see what's up with the position. If you do have a job then it's an option you have based on if the job you have is paying more or less than the job you are interviewing for. But it's best to call and cancel, it show professionalism, decline graciously and thank them for taking the time to consider you either way.

Go to the interview. The more interviews you go to, the better you get at them. Plus, knowing your not accepting the job, the pressure is off and you can really play with the interviewer. Who knows, maybe they'll make you an offer you can't refuse.

Go to the interview. It keeps your professionalism intact and leaves the door open in case you change your mind. You can never have to much practice at interviewing and turning down an interview can count against you if you ever try at this company again.
You don't say why you have second thoughts. Are you SURE?

Think about why you feel this way like a pros and cons list, if your cons are based on hard facts then maybe don't go but out of courtesy you need to call them and cancel. If your feelings aren't based on facts then go check it out, if you get an offer and your still not into it then you can still turn down an offer. But in the business world you don't want to burn bridges you never know who you'll run into later and you don't want a bad impression from a blown off interview to keep you from you dream job later on.

I would go to the interview- what do have to lose? Some time? You may find that the job is better than you are thinking now, or it may lead to something down the road. The worst thing you can do professionally is to not show up- they will not forget that!
so go, do your best and then decide afterwards if it is something you want to persue further.
Good luck!

If you are having second thoughts, it may be good mannered to call beforehand to cancel, tell them you were offered another position at a different location that worked out better for you, etc. It also wouldn't hurt to just not show up, I've done it before, they will give up on you after about 5 minutes after the scheduled time so it's not like it's a big waste of their day or anything.
