It really depends on what you are modeling for. If you are healthy and look good, there is no ideal weight. It all has more to do with height, looks, and proportions then weight. There are women that model for plus sizes that weigh over 300 lbs, but look good and are proportioned well.

You can model at almost any weight if you have a neat appearance.

My cousin models for Plus sizes, Teenage.
