my mom wont let me buy a bigger cage for my hamster and my cage is so small and my hamster is big!

Take the cage measurements and then go to a pet store or vet and ask the person at the counter their advice. It should be free and if they say it is bad for the hamster then have them tell that to your mom.

Do you know why your mom won't let you get a bigger cage? Is space a problem where you live?
If you're willing and able to take over taking care of the cage and hamster, she might be more kindly disposed to letting your hamster have a larger home.

Look in the newspaper and see if anyone is giving away a cage for free or has a cage for really cheap. If you cannot get one for free then ask your mom if you can do some odd jobs to raise the money.

prove to her that u need a bigger cage. tell her that its pet abuse. u can make the hamster feel clausterphobic. go online or get an ad for a local pet store and find a bigger cage for a reaonable price. hope this helped.

You could ask her to take you to good will stores, used furniture stores, etc. to find a used cage. If none are available, put in fewer things into the cage but put something in so the pet will get good exercise.

Okay, she won't LET you get a larger cage, or she won't PAY for a larger cage? If it's that she won't pay for one, you could ask if she had a way for you to earn money doing chores around the house. Save the money, and buy a larger cage.

is the problem you don't have enough money, or because theres not evough space? well if its money, you could alwas ge one at a garage sale or at good will. and if its space, you should ask your mom if you can keep the cage in your room.

She won't let you buy a new cage with your /own/ money, or /she/ won't buy you a new cage?
If she won't buy one for you, you could rake up some cash and buy it yourself.

Call the ASPCA on you mom and report her to animal abuse, that will teach her.
