I know this may sound rather insensitive, but you may have to live with some of the discomfort for a while because taking too many pain meds can actually inhibit your body's ability to deal with pain naturally. Hot baths can help and it can help you to relax and loosen up the tightness. Herbal remedies really won't help with pain time is what will lessen it and plenty of rest.

I agree until any person says some thing inflammatory, insulting, or imply/hateful. For each movement, there may be an identical and reverse response. If any person says, "You're dull," are you simply going to permit it slide? Are you simply intended to be a whipping boy, a doormat for bullies to offload on? I suppose now not. What is going round comes round. Yes, you'll be able to select to disregard it, however a few persons have to be positioned of their location.

Nabdullah is absolutely right. You may even worsen the condition if the herbal causes too much sleepiness and you don't have some natural movement. If you hold your arm too rigid then you will simply tense the muscles and tendons and make the arm worse.

Which tendon????? Your doctor is probably B.S.ing you, otherwise the doc would have told you EXACTLY which tendon/muscle is injured. Try seeing your family Chiropractor.

Best wishes and good luck.

P.S. Those drugs KILL 16,500 Americans (or more) every year - those numbers are reported in the medical literature.

Arnica is often useful to help the body heal. Typically used for cuts and surgery and stuff like that but you could try it. Comes in a cream or pellets
