Well, I would have to say yes. I wake up about 10-15 minutes every morning prior to the alarm. But I still set it just in case I have a bad night and end up falling asleep closer to morning. Did that make sense? Sometimes I tos and turn so long that I finally get to sleep like at 2 or 3 and that is when I would need the alarm.

The scientific name for that is this: Circadian Rhythms. yes I believe in it...and we can change it with planning or the need to be awakened....takes a while to adapt to a newer schedule though.
