: ( So sorry that you lost your mother so young. Hun, it's only been a year (and however many months), it's going to take a while. Some people act as if within a few months a person is supposed to be "over it," but that's ridiculous. Don't listen to them. It will probably never feel fine, but it will ease up over time. Even if it doesn't seem like it now. If you aren't already, you might consider joining a group for young people dealing with a loss. You may certainly find others there that totally understand, even if no one at home seems to. Do you do much in tribute to your mother? Sometimes even just doing little things to honor them helps some. Especially if it's something you do yearly. For example I always send a donation to an organization in a Christmas card each year in memory of someone. It's my way of keeping him on my gift list. I also donate (via internet) to another for his birthday. And a rose bush planted for him, and his name on a memorial wall someplace... You get the idea.

Hey...oooh...
Sheets of empty canvas
Untouched sheets of clay
Were laid spread out before me
As her body once did
All five horizons
Revolved around her soul
As the earth to the sun
Now the air I tasted and breathed
Has taken a turn
Ooh, and all I taught her was, everything
Ooh, I know she gave me all, that she wore
And now my bitter hands
Chafe beneath the clouds
Of what was everything
Oh, the pictures have
All been washed in black
Tattooed everything
I take a walk outside
I'm surrounded by
Some kids at play
I can feel their laughter
So why do I sear
Oh, and twisted thoughts that spin
Round my head
I'm spinning
Oh, I'm spinning
How quick the sun can, drop away...
And now my bitter hands
Cradle broken glass
Of what was everything
All the pictures had
All been washed in black
Tattooed everything
All the love gone bad
Turned my world to black
Tattooed all I see
All that I am
All I'll be...
Yeah
Uh huh...uh huh...ooh...
I know someday you'll have a beautiful life
I know you'll be a sun
In somebody else's sky
But why
Why
Why can't it be
Why can't it be mine
(not sure?)
mm-hmm no yeah no
mm mmmm no nonono yeah yeah
we-
we belong
we belong together
together
oooh ooh
we-
we belong
we belong together
oh yeah

i figure death is the whole moment of life..... so i'm telling you it will be perfection.,., when it is over and you recap with all you've been given i wouldn't want pain to blend into that anymore than what i can contiously control.

Deep from the depths of a soul rises pain,
Only to glimmer among the raven valleys of black,
Seek not those who tremor without hopes of the vein,
Only caressing the entire universe as it turns its back...
~there is no beauty in pain, nor death, only words of such~
