Level 99 ,100, or invenety

The highest level you can be in runescape is lvl 126 combat, and the highest skill lvl is 99 (100 with skill capes). The highest overall level you can be is 2277.
Currently no one in the game is lvl 2277 overal becuase of the new Hunter skill that just came out.

It depends on which "RuneScape" you are talking about. RuneScape Classic has a maximum combat level of 123, skill level of 99, and total level of 1386, while RuneScape 2, or just RuneScape has a maximum combat level of 126, skill level of 99, and total level of 2277.

the highest combat lvl u can be is 126 or 127 i think
and the skills are lvl 99

runescape's gay, but the highest is 99 for a certain stat and 256 for combat lvl.

for skills u can be up to 99 unless u have cape that makes it to 100/99 and combat lvl is 200 if u memeber and 123 if nonmember
