Does pre ejaculatory fluid appear as soon as the penis is hard, or after stimulation? I have a feeling its the latter, I just want others input. Just something random Iv been wondering about.

It is different for every male. Some require stimulation and some do not.

Pre Ejaculatory fluid can be there at any time after the penis has become erect. That is why it is important to follow the directions and put the condom on as soon as the penis is erect instead of fooling around and then putting it on before penitration.
