Well, First Of All, Transfering Files From The PC To PSP Will Need A USB A To USB B Cord. If You Have One, Plug Your PSP To The PC And Put Your PSP Into 'USB Mode' By Selecting The USB Connection Option On The Settings Column On The PSP's Home Menu.

From There, Go To 'My Computer' On Your PC And Look For A New Drive, Which Should Be Your PSP..

If You Have The Latest PSP Update, You Should Find A Folder Named 'PICTURES' Or 'PHOTOS', If Not, Click The 'PSP' Folder And Look For A Similar Named Folder..

When You're There, Drag Your Photos You Want From Your Computer To The PSP's Memory Stick Duo..

(tip: group your photos and put them in a folder inside the photos folder and they will appear as a group on the psp)

When You're Done, Disconnect And On Your PSP And Go To The Photos Category On The Home Menu.
From There, Select Your Photo You Want For Your Background And Press The Triangle Button..
The 2nd Icon From The Top Left Should Let You Make That Image Your Background. Choose It And Accept, And When You Go Back To The Home Menu, It Will Show Up!

Be Sure To Have The Background Option On From The 'Theme Settings' On The Setting Category..
