I love the smell of matches, and gasoline, not together though, that's a bad combo. I like the smell of a charcoal grill too.

This is gonna sound weird I'm sure, but I kind of like the smell of new plastic. You know, that smell when you open the package on a new shower curtain or something like that. I also like the smell of vinegar for some odd reason!
