The street I live on is busy during the morning and early evening. After about 7:30 there's barely any traffic, so it's pretty quiet.

I live right on the ocean, no streets for at least a mile. The only traffic I experience is seeing the fishing boats go by, but they are a few miles out to sea, so no noise. I do have lots of noisy seagulls though. Almost as bad as cars.

I used to live on a busy street with lots of traffic (4 lanes) but my bf and I just broke up, so now I live anywhere I want to.. my moms, my friends house.. i am just going wherever until i find a place to live.

Let me put it to you this way: you could lay down in the middle of my street and not get hit by a car for at least an hour. i live on a cul-de-sac and everyone pretty much leaves and comes back at the same time. i love it, great place to grow up and play without the worry of traffic.
